Account Supervisor

Summary

The Account Supervisor at Leviathan is an account role that is required to manage day-to-day projects, and play an integral role in the growth of assigned accounts. This role is critical to the success of projects through appropriate management of internal and client needs and expectations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise and knowledge around the each assigned client’s business and industry.
  • Works closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop briefs and SOWs documents for new projects, including the associated hours collection.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated.
  • Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the agency and internal teams.
  • Ensures clear communication between client and agency regarding the status of existing projects.
  • Manage feedback from client effectively, communicating clear feedback on all projects to internal teams.
  • Help develop, articulate and support strategies, both internally and with the client.
  • Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives.
  • Develop and articulate initial POVs relative to strategic and creative alternatives.
  • Uses appropriate internal tools to effectively communicate and maintain organization with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, corresponding timelines and internal resources allocation.
  • Anticipate potential client relationship or expectation issues and advise senior team members in time for the agency to respond proactively.
  • Provide a model for project leadership through proactive planning, attention to detail and an overall thoughtful/strategic approach.
  • Demonstrate ability to focus on details, delivering the best-possible products and experiences to clients.
  • Make decisions based on strategic, thoughtful reasoning, balancing all variables and needs.
  • Provide conference reports to clients and internal teams after client meetings.
  • Track and manage all documentation throughout the project including presentation materials and feedback.
  • Facilitate clear communication and personal interaction with internal teams, face-to-face on site, to ensure all projects are tracking appropriately, and deadlines are met externally and internally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of account experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in an account role working on the development of large-scale digital and experiential projects, including websites, applications, AR/VR/mixed reality content, interactive installations, events, and related projects, with a strong understanding of digital production processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of motion graphics, video production, web and mixed reality technologies.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience working with production teams, creative teams and development teams directly, within an agency environment.
  • Experience with scope of work development.

Motion Designer

DESCRIPTION

Leviathan is seeking a multifaceted motion designer with conceptual, technical and aesthetic prowess to join us on a journey of creating never-before-seen experiences at the nexus of design, digital media, and interaction. The talents of this creative member will be drawn upon to drive the creation of innovative content for a wide range of clients, media, and platforms, ranging from broadcast to large-scale interactive installations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be an inspired ideator and problem-solver. A skilled and eternally curious craftsperson. An eager collaborator and most importantly, a good-natured human who wants to work with an exceptionally talented group of creatives. You’ll not only help visualize concepts but be a key player in making those visions move.

 

REQUISITE SKILLS

  • Outstanding skill in graphic design with a sincere interest in conceptual and spatial thinking.
  • Strong leadership skills with a highly collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in creating motion media for physical spaces (e.g., architecture, installations, exhibits, events, retail)
  • Experience creating style frames and storyboards for high profile brands.
  • Master of fonts with strong typography and animation skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the understanding of how design translates to motion media and physical space.
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe AfterEffects; with working knowledge of Cinema 4D (Maya, Houdini, other tools a big plus)
  • Some VFX compositing skill is a plus.
  • Ability to scope and provide accurate time estimates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate and present a strong creative point of view.
  • Strong understanding of the production process and ability to execute and idea from blank-page ideation through delivery.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production studio or digital agency environment

Senior Interactive Art Director

Summary

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated art director with a strong interactive background to join the team. As an Interactive Art Director, you will develop and execute beautiful concepts based on project briefs, present concepts to clients, revise direction and execute the final concept. Projects can include Web site design and production, interface design, physical experience concepting, brand experience design and more. You are up-to-date with the latest web technology and are always striving for ways to make the work more exciting.

Basic Qualifications:

Front End Developer

Summary

A Front End Web Developer at Leviathan will wear many hats when it comes to building creative applications for a project. Execution of cutting edge web and mobile products will be your core, but you will also be involved in UI/UX prototyping, physical installations, real time graphics and much more. Each project we take on is different, so a flexible approach, creative thinking and advocacy for how web tooling can make a project better is your charge.
